A LITTLE BIT ABOUT INSPIRED ROOTS
I have years of experience working as a Presentation Layer Developer, Instructional Developer, and Web Application Developer for short-term and long-term projects both independently and as a contributor to a project team.
Successful projects and good references are a cornerstone to my professional success.
My work philosophy is to do good work that is appropriate to the delivery mechanism (web, print, etc), the audience, and the product or service. No two projects — projects that are worth doing — are exactly the same. The process may be the same from start-to-finish but recycling ideas is not client-friendly.
One of the most valuable things I've learned goes something like this:
"It's great to be learning all this software and new things, but what's more important is to learn how all these separate tools can work together — to do greater things".
What that means to me is to not compartmentalize our learnings. It has translated into an approach to my work that does not accept or allow for unnecessary restrictions, biases or complacency.
